Maintenance technician (electrical)

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and manage routine maintenance programs to prevent equipment failure and extend machinery lifespan.
• Lead technical teams in diagnosing complex equipment failures and executing quick, safe repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, equipment repair history, and associated costs to track performance and support future budgeting
• Overseeing and motivating staff, including managing their day-to-day and providing training or professional development
• Monitor spare parts inventory, request necessary tools/supplies, and coordinate with external contractors or equipment vendors when required

• Open for Foreign National
• Can speak and understand Mandarin language
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or similar technical role, plus 1–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience
• Deep understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
