Job Title: User Support Specialist
Job Description:The User Support Specialist is responsible for providing front-line technical assistance and support to users experiencing issues with the company’s live-streaming platform. This role ensures client satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, clear communication, and prompt resolution of technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries and support requests via chat, email, or phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system access, video quality, and account functionality.
- Document user problems and solutions in the internal support system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Educate users on system features and self-service tools.
- Monitor platform performance to detect and report recurring problems.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Must have studied a course related in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Foreign language is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of streaming technologies is a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
