We're Hiring: Customer Technical Support!

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Technical Support- fluent in speaking Spanish language professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.

Location: Manila, Philippines
Work Mode: Work from anywhere

Role: Customer Technical Support

What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat)

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision and care
Educate customers on product features and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
️ Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

️ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-resolution

What Were Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues

A proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools
