Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Documentation: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and maintain an efficient filing system for legal documentation.
- Contract Support: Aid in drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts and facilitate communication during contract negotiations.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support decision-making and prepare summaries and reports on legal issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support monitoring and ensuring compliance with property-related regulations and assist in implementing compliance measures.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field.
- Experience in legal support.
- Familiarity with legal processes, procedures, and terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research tools.
