Legal assistant

Job Description

Supports the Legal Department by managing litigation tracking, drafting legal documents, conducting legal and regulatory research, and ensuring compliance with intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. The role also maintains case records, coordinates with external counsel, assists with corporate maintenance, and helps improve internal legal processes for efficient operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or Legal Management
• Paralegal Studies certification is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in legal, paralegal, or litigation-related work
• Knowledge of labor laws, legal procedures, and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle
• Willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna
