Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in Taytay, Rizal. As a Sr. IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.This full-time position requires an individual with a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional IT support.
Key responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot a wide range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Maintain and administer our IT systems, including servers, databases, and applications
- Implement and manage security measures to protect our data and network infrastructure
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate the procurement and deployment of IT solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Train and support end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and processes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT Specialist or IT Support role
- Strong technical skills with expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and database management
- Proficient in the use of various IT tools and applications, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in providing high-quality customer service and technical support
- Relevant certifications in IT, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL, would be an advantage
