We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our Talent Acquisition function supporting both the United States and Philippines.
This role will primarily focus on recruiting professional-level talent across the US and PH, partnering directly with senior leaders to attract high-impact professionals.
You will also provide leadership and support for high-volume hourly hiring initiatives as business needs require, particularly within call center and claims operations.

Tasks:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional-level roles in US and PH markets (primary focus). Supports and handle 3-4 subordinates
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives, campus recruitment and niche hiring campaigns when needed.
- Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Lead staffing meetings and provide data-driven hiring insights.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and community/school partnerships.
- Implement AI-driven recruiting tools and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and track recruitment metrics to drive performance.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Strengthen and scale structured, process-driven TA operations.
- Build and Optimize recruitment processes, policies and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state employment laws, Philippine Labor Laws and hiring standards.
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven recruitment culture.
- Analyze hiring metrics
- Provide regular executive reporting and talent insights
Requirements:
- 5- 7+ years of recruitment experience.
- 2-3+ years of recruitment leadership experience.
- Proven success recruiting professional and technical roles in both US and PH markets.
- Experience with high-volume hourly recruitment in US and PH.
- Call center and/or claims recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in ATS and Microsoft Excel
- Process-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
- A proactive, go-getter mindset with a passion for building and improving systems.
