Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Recruitment Specialist who will primarily focus on sourcing top talent while supporting daily hiring operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding innovative ways to attract candidates, maximize hiring channels, and build sustainable talent pipelines in a budget-conscious manner.

You will play a key role in strengthening our recruitment strategy through data-driven sourcing decisions, employer branding initiatives, social media engagement, and partnership development, while also assisting in core recruitment processes from screening to onboarding.

• Identify, develop, and maximize new talent streams beyond traditional job platforms.
• Create innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Regularly refresh and optimize job advertisements to improve candidate engagement and application flow.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Research market trends and recommend new sourcing opportunities.

• Monitor the effectiveness of all sourcing channels, job boards, and recruitment campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment data and recommend where hiring budgets should be allocated for best ROI.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing performance, application conversion, and hiring results.
• Continuously improve processes based on insights and hiring outcomes.

• Pioneer and manage the company's social media presence for recruitment and employer branding.
• Create engaging recruitment content including graphics, videos, and hiring campaigns.
• Support community management by responding to candidate inquiries and building online engagement.
• Assist in executing employer branding initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Build partnerships with schools, universities, organizations, and companies to create long-term talent pools.
• Represent the company in career fairs, networking events, and external talent initiatives.
• Develop referral and community-based sourcing programs.

• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and extend job offers.
• Support pre-boarding and onboarding requirements to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, job platforms, and candidate attraction techniques.
• Experience in social media recruitment and employer branding is highly preferred.
• Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting and channel performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative, proactive, and able to work with limited budgets while delivering results.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.

• 3 months onsite then will transition to hybrid arrangement (once a week onsite) after passing 3rd month review.
• Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, weekends off
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near Opus Mall, Tiendesitas, and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
