ESH Lead (Safety Officer 4) | Bulacan

The ESH Lead will oversee environmental, safety, health, and sustainability compliance in the plant. The role focuses on maintaining global standards, meeting local regulatory mandates, and driving corporate sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standards & Audits: Maintain continuous compliance and recertification for multiple ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 17025) and UKCARES. Ensure Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation is audit-ready and lead external audit processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Philippine regulatory bodies (DENR, DOLE, LGU, BFP, NWRB) and guarantee the timely submission of all mandatory statutory reports (SMR, CMR, etc.).
• EHS & Team Leadership: Drive risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and health and safety programs. Supervise and mentor the site's Safety, Occupational Health, and Pollution Control Officers (PCOs).
• ESG & Sustainability: Track key ESG metrics (greenhouse gas, waste, water, energy) to anchor the Annual Sustainability Report in alignment with SEC requirements, and embed ESG risks into corporate risk management.
• Stakeholder & Community Relations: Represent the organization during government inspections and industry forums, while serving as the primary liaison for community relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in impact barangays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field
• At least 5 years of work experience as ESH Lead or Manager
• Accredited Safety Practitioner / Safety Officer 4 under DOLE
• Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) under DENR preferred.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 preferred.
• Accredited Safety Practitioner / Safety Officer 4 under DOLE
• Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) under DENR preferred.
• Amenable to be assigned in Meycauyan, Bulacan.
