Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- Familiarity with family business dynamics is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Job Summary:
- As the Executive Assistant at LJR Ventures Inc., you will serve as a trusted partner to top management, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations and helping management focus on strategic priorities. This position requires a high level of discretion, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate the needs of leadership within the unique context of a family-run business.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
- Coordinate and follow up on projects and tasks assigned by management to ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor emails and prioritize communications, drafting responses as needed.
- Facilitate communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare insights to assist in decision-making.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
- Anticipate the needs of management and proactively address them.
- Support in managing and coordinating activities within the family business, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
