SALES TRAINING OFFICER

The Training Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that develop employees’ competencies and skills to improve individual and organizational performance.

This role collaborates closely with the Sales Department and it involves assessing training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs & sessions to ensure the workforce is well-equipped with industry regulations, conforming with the Bureau of Food & Drugs Administration training programs requirements – Medical Representatives Accreditation Program (MRAP) and healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in training, learning, and development, or a related field especially in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and individuals at all levels.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• This position requires on-site work at our office. Occasional travel to other locations for training delivery may be needed or if necessary.
