Marketing Manager – Industrial Park & Economic Zone Development

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s industrial park, economic zone, or real estate developments. This role is responsible for positioning the brand, generating investor and locator interest, and driving lead conversion for land lease, purchase, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the industrial park/economic zone locally and internationally.
• Conduct market research to identify target locators (manufacturers, logistics firms, BPOs, etc.), competitors, and trends.
• Create and manage promotional materials (brochures, digital content, presentations, investor kits).
• Plan and lead marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and networking activities.
• Manage online platforms including website, LinkedIn, and industry-specific directories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Government Affairs, and Legal teams to align messaging with investment incentives and compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, investment promotion agencies (e.g., PEZA, BOI), and chambers of commerce.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Oversee media relations and corporate communications to build a strong industry reputation.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial real estate, economic zones, or infrastructure development.
• Strong background in lead generation, market segmentation, and branding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of PEZA, BOI, and relevant regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management.
