We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and accurate payment of all accounts payable transactions.

• Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable

• 1-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
