Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or any related field is preferred
- With at least 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, including supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance policies and standard operating procedures.
- Has strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and facility Infrastructure
- Capability to handle multiple repair requests, schedules, and projects simultaneously
- Knowledgeable in workplace safety regulations
- Excellent conflict resolution, organizational, and decision-making abilities
