EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (1)

(Cebu based)

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and Diagnosing Equipment: Regularly inspecting machinery and equipment for defects, potential issues, or signs of wear and tear.
• Performing Maintenance: Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
• Making Repairs: Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions, using various tools and techniques.
• Documenting Work: Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Safety: Adhering to safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Working with other team members, engineers, and production personnel.
• Advising Management: Identifying potential equipment hazards and advising management on necessary actions.

Qualifications:

• Degree – Certificate from TESDA in any of the following: Heavy Equipment Servicing (Mechanical) NCII, Automative Servicing NC II, and Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC III
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various equipment types, their operation, and maintenance requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues effectively.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to work with tools, understand mechanical systems, and perform repairs.
• Attention to Detail: Thoroughly inspecting equipment and recording accurate information.
• Communication: Clearly communicating technical information to other team members and management.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety procedures.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift, stand, and potentially work in various positions.
