Job Overview:
Take ownership of construction project coordination from start to finish—ensuring every construction project is accurately tracked, clearly communicated, and delivered on schedule. This role is primarily office-based (80%) with occasional field work (20%) to stay closely aligned with on-site progress.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Business preferred)
- Experience in construction project coordination is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Computer Literate (MS Excel)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Job Description:
- Maintain and update the Project Master List as the single source of truth from Sales handover to project completion
- Provide timely, accurate project updates for easy access and visibility
- Coordinate closely with Project Management, Sales, Detailing, and Operations teams
- Communicate site changes and updates to Plant Logistics for proper scheduling
- Ensure alignment across Sales, Operations, and Production
- Monitor timelines and help drive on-time project completion
- Resolve coordination issues that may impact delivery
- Ensure complete and organized project documentation upon closeout
- Promote workplace efficiency and safety through 5S practices
- Uphold company values and represent the organization professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
