Sales coordinator

Job Description

• Manage sales team schedules, book client meetings, and handle daily administrative tasks to relieve sales representatives of back-office duties.
• Communication Hub: Facilitate communication between sales representatives, clients, and other departments like marketing to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Customer Relations: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, provide product information, and follow up with clients after sales to maintain positive relationships and satisfaction.
• Reporting and Data Management: Maintain organized sales records and databases, input customer order data, and prepare sales reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Sales Materials: Coordinate the creation and updating of sales presentations and ensure the inventory of materials like brochures and sales literature is current.

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Coordination: Arrange schedules, manage sales territories, and organize training for sales staff.
• Sales Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and work to streamline operations for increased productivity.

• graduate of any Business course
• preferably with Sales experience in appliance industry
• with good communication skills
