The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that helps us manage leads, prepare proposals, coordinate with design and operations, and make sure deals move forward.
What you'll do:
- Qualify leads and be the first point of contact and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients to confirm their interest and collect initial project requirements.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team member based on project scope and rep availability.
- Manage calendars, book sales meetings, and coordinate showroom visits.
- Track sales activity, follow-up status, and support the sales team with reporting and performance updates.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- Maintain our CRM and ensure everything’s updated and tracked, including reconnecting with past leads to introduce our full suite of services and generate renewed interest.
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless and efficient project delivery.
- Bring structure, speed, and clarity to a fast-moving sales process.
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bonus if you’ve worked in sales, real-estate, F&B
