HR/Admin Associate is responsible for providing support in the management-level team, the position is also responsible for the collection of new hire pre-employment requirements, perform a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping within the organization, job offer documents and maintenance and safekeeping of updates of employees’ 201 files.

The position often handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide support to HR/Admin Manager and/or Operations Department
  2. Monitor employees’ performance and attendance activities along with the HR/Admin Manager
  3. Coordinate with the recruitment process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire the right person.
  4. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field.
  2. With relevant work experience of at least 2 years in the HR or related field preferably in the BPO industry.
  3. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented, fast learner, analytical and organized
  5. Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Data modeling and formulas
  1. Good team player and requires minimal supervision.
  2. Ability to collect, clean, and interpret HR data (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance)
  3. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
  4. Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
