The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions. The role is open to students completing internship requirements mandated by their school, as well as individuals seeking voluntary internship experience in the field of Human Resources.

The intern will assist in daily HR activities, employee documentation, recruitment support, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining employee records and HR documents.
  • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating with applicants.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation preparations for newly hired employees.
  • Help monitor attendance, leave records, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Prepare and organize reports, memos, and other HR-related documents.
  • Provide administrative support for training, seminars, and company activities.
  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  • Support general office and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Department.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Open to both required internship applicants and voluntary interns.
  • Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources functions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling documents and information.
