Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a managed services platform combining multiple companies and capabilities focused on network development, rollout, operation, and support. Our respected client is seeking for a well-rounded experienced Human Resource Administrator that has a full experienced with the full spectrum of HR.
This role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila for a hybrid setup.
As the Human Resource Administrator, responsible for managing the spectrum of Human Resource Management, including Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, related staff insurance, and other HR and Administration matters.Manages day-to-day HR operations, acting as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and administrative procedures. Key duties include maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS systems, assisting with recruitment (screening/scheduling), managing onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring legal compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance review, HR operation, and administration, employee engagement, training, and development.
- Records Management:
- Maintaining physical and digital employee files, including contracts, personal data, and attendance records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS system with experience on Sprout HR.
- Involved in HR related projects such as implementation or enhancement of HRIS system with experience on Sprout HR.
- Ensure employee data accuracy in HR reports and HR systems.
- Talent acquisition:
- Work with hiring managers to recruit the right talents, develop recruitment strategies and facilitate the process of recruitment from sourcing to screening candidates, assisting interviews and employment contracts.
- Recruitment support in posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Performance management:
- Manage the performance review process from objectives setting, mid-review to a year-end review.
- Assist year-end compensation review process.
- HR operation:
- Ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding processes and procedures, implement enhancement of on/off-boarding processes to ensure seamless end-to-end HR operations
- Processing new hire paperwork, setting up employees in systems, and conducting exit procedures.
- Supports payroll processing with Finance and other HR functions on payroll administration
- Employee Relations:
- Serving as the first point of contact for questions regarding benefits, leave policies, or payroll.
- Handling of employee relations issues and grievances
- Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Create, update, review and improve HR policies and employee handbooks in different jurisdictions
- HRIS & Reporting:
- Updating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and creating reports on HR metrics like turnover or attendance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR with working experiences in IT Technical Support or Network Operations, and BPO industry
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Well versed in local labor laws and knowledge of labor laws in other jurisdictions is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with good command of both spoken and written English to work with different people from different countries and backgrounds
- Able to bring in new ideas and best practices from prior HR working experiences to assist the growth of the HR function
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with occasional deadlines
