Maintenance Technician with UPS - IT Experience (Wack Wack Mandaluyong)

Maintenance Technician oversee all activities inside a company premises, making sure that facility scope and its standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed.

Ensure that furniture, structures and system (Plumbing, FDAS and air conditioners) are checked on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations.

Basic IT/Networking: Familiarity with IP address settings (for networkable UPS units), and Microsoft Office for reporting.

Multi Skilled Technician duties include:

• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (FDS, Aircon, Alarms)
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Perform maintenance of plumbing (replace faucet, bidet, leak, etc.)
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other facility concern and conduct repairs when necessary
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, fix doors, cabinet, replace windows etc.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment
• Fixing minor issues in appliances or arranging for repairs when needed
• Removing hazardous materials from all areas accessible to employees and guests
• Updating and maintaining asset and preventive maintenance task information
• Tracking PM and work order data
• Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance
• Coordinating contractor work along with unscheduled work
• Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses when necessary
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform CCTV review, door access activation and deactivation
• Assist and coordinate with Admin Team for any related issues

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably with TESDA NCII Certificate
• With at least 1 year related experience
• Experience in Building and Facilities Maintenance
