Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the company’s growth strategy. This position is responsible for preparing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, leading the sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring the company maintains a strong and consistent brand presence.
The role oversees all aspects of business development, from corporate account acquisition to leisure travel growth, product development, and marketing promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate and leisure travel targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
- Lead and motivate the Sales and Marketing Team to deliver results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the company in marketing, networking, and industry events.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new corporate accounts, with proper coordination among internal departments.
- Oversee after-sales support initiatives in collaboration with customer service and operations teams.
- Plan and execute brand promotions and marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports.
- Manage relationships with tourism suppliers, ensuring proper accreditation and quality standards.
- Supervise the preparation of customized client presentations and reports.
- Handle administrative duties including staff supervision, performance reviews, and training development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with creativity and attention to detail.
