Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes and CRM operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and driving efficiency through automation.This role plays a critical part in supporting sales performance through reporting, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the entire CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Utilize HubSpot to oversee sales pipelines, workflows, reporting, and system optimization
- Create and deliver weekly sales performance reports and actionable insights for leadership
- Develop, implement, and optimize automated sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency
- Monitor CRM data quality and maintain system integrity
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to support sales productivity
- Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to enhance operational performance
- Track key sales metrics and provide analysis to support strategic decisions
- Ensure smooth CRM functionality and provide support for sales-related tools and processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar sales operations role
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Experience managing and maintaining end-to-end CRM systems
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to produce meaningful sales insights
- Skilled in sales process automation and workflow optimization
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fintech, business lending, or banking operations.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar integration tools.
- Previous experience supporting a sales team behind the scenes.
