Position Title: COLLECTION HEAD (MANAGER)

Responsible for managing the process of collecting outstanding debts or payments owed to an organization. They play a key role in ensuring the timely collection of money owed, improving recovery rates, and managing a team of collection agents.
Qualification:
A combination of strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with relevant experience and a solid understanding of collection laws, is essential. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often required, though some roles may require a master's or specific certifications.
