Education- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Experience in client management, sales support, or business development is an advantage.
- Willingness to work directly with the Sales Manager for training and professional development.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and client relationship management.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar business applications/system.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client interactions.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in meetings, training sessions, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities- Work directly with the Sales Manager to receive training and support in sales strategies, client management, and business development
- Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing and potential clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as required
- Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and sales activities
- Proven years of experience in sales or a related field
- Willingness to work directly with the Sales Manager for training and professional development
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client interactions
