Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Proven years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Experience in client management, sales support, or business development is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work directly with the Sales Manager for training and professional development.
Technical Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar business applications/system.
Skills
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client interactions.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT SALES EXECUTIVE - MEN
LOCATION: STO TOMAS, BATANGAS
STANDARD WORKING HRS: 40 HOURS (MON – FRI)

SALARY RANGE: TO BE DISCUSS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Sales Manager to receive training and support in sales strategies, client management, and business development
  • Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as required
  • Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and sales activities
