Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to represent our design-driven furniture brands in a showroom environment. This role focuses on consultative selling, relationship-building, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and motivated to grow in retail sales within the furniture, design, or lifestyle industry. Training and guidance will be provided to support product knowledge and selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement
  • Handle showroom sales and provide professional product consultations to clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial inquiry to closing
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales coordination
Showroom Operations
  • Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product displays
  • Ensure accurate pricing, product information, and availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment
Sales Support & Reporting
  • Prepare quotations, sales documents, and basic reports
  • Update customer records and track sales activities
  • Support showroom targets and promotional activities
Brand Representation
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times
  • Communicate product features, quality, and design value clearly
  • Uphold brand standards in service, appearance, and communication
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Experience in retail, furniture, interior design, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge and selling techniques
