Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mortgage Servicing Collections Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent mortgage accounts, assisting them in resolving payment issues, and offering solutions to help them avoid foreclosure.

Qualifications:

• College Level /Undergraduates/ College Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in BPO experience handling billing & collection account.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Must achieve 75% or greater on communication and voice & accent-based assessment (proctored by MODER)

1. hour shift

Fixed Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with past-due mortgage payments, following the company’s collection policies.
• Review account details, explain payment statuses, and offer solutions to resolve delinquencies, such as payment plans or loan modifications.
• Document all customer interactions, account status updates, and collection efforts in the system accurately.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when discussing sensitive financial situations with customers.
