Customer care assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Attends in incoming customer complaints: records details of the complaint, coordinates with concerned for needed action/s to be taken, visits customers, writes reply letters, and escalates inquiries/concerns if necessary
2. Assists in preparations of daily, weekly and monthly reports for customer concerns.
3. Responsible for the arrangement of bread replacement, refunds, and schedule of visits.
4. Assists in providing response and information and other necessary actions to telephone inquiries and on-line customers especially product concerns, and coordinates with concerned departments the information needed, while maintaining good working relationship with co-workers, customers and other clients.
5. Assists in managing plant tour Facebook page to help promote plant tour awareness.
6. Assists in the conduct of CRM-related events to promote plant tour and support brand campaigns.
7. Performs any other tasks and duties, which may be assigned from time to time provided given the proper training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate
• Must have an experience in customer service
• With good negotiation skills
• Knowledgeable in ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and HALAL is an advantage
• Knows how to deal and relate well with customers and members of the organization
• Can respond promptly to customers’ needs
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
