Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Description:
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Handling customer accounts and maintaining records
- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products/services
- Telemarketing
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales goals
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or medical-related field
- Experience in customer service roles is often required, usually ranging from 1-3 years
- Experience in sales, either as a sales representative or in a related role, is highly beneficial
