Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Description:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues
  • Providing product information and recommendations
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Handling customer accounts and maintaining records
  • Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products/services
  • Telemarketing
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales goals
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or medical-related field
  • Experience in customer service roles is often required, usually ranging from 1-3 years
  • Experience in sales, either as a sales representative or in a related role, is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
