The responsibilities of a Risk Adjustment Team Leader are outlined but not limited to the following:
- Manages an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement, completion of team projects, adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies.
- Provides opinions on complex client issues and novel initiatives and handles priority concerns in consultation with Program or Operations Manager concerned
- Reviews and/or makes enhancements to existing work processes to ensure that partnerships with other teams are strengthened
- Maintains a system within the team to ensure standards for documentation and record-keeping
- Take decisive and accurate action to deliver value
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a PH Registered Nurse
- With active coding certification (CPC/CRC)
- Must have at least 2 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience
- Flexible to report onsite
Preferred:
- QA experience preferably
- Preferably with 12 months clinical experience
- Expert on related clinical work experience, client techniques and processes
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to multi-task
- With good attention to details
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
