Job Description
The Senior Team Leader is responsible for managing Team Leaders and ensuring the achievement of operational, client, and performance objectives. The role involves driving team productivity, maintaining service quality, overseeing client relationships, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Manage client relationships and provide regular business updates.
- Analyze and drive improvements in NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales performance, including upselling and hard-selling initiatives.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing Team Leaders.
- Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience handling NPS metrics.
- Background in sales accounts, including upselling and hard selling.
- Experience handling blended accounts (voice and non-voice).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
