We're Looking for Someone With:
✔ 7+ years of IT Systems Management experience, preferably in a Travel Management Company (TMC)✔ Strong experience with Online Booking Tools (Deem, Concur) and GDS platforms (Apollo/Smartpoint, Galileo/Travelport+)
✔ Proven expertise in systems integration, automation, and business process improvement
✔ Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho or similar systems
✔ Strong background in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Transition Management
✔ Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools is a plus
✔ Knowledge of AI solutions and cybersecurity best practices
Your Role Includes:
- Leading the implementation, integration, and optimization of business systems
- Building automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Managing and enhancing travel technology platforms and system integrations
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation across business processes
- Ensuring data integrity, system security, and technology best practices
- Providing technical support, system training, and documentation for internal teams
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions
