Job Description:We are looking for highly organized and dedicated secretaries, to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support to our staff, ensuring efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office schedules and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Encode reports.
- Organize, store, and print office documents.
- Coordinate with other other staff, offices, suppliers, and clients.
- Travel to various locations as required.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study is acceptable.
- At least 2 years of work experience in any secretarial/PA support/administrative role is required.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Has ease in operating all necessary office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Can multi-task.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
