Sales Operations Manager (Tarlac)
Are you a results-driven leader with a strong background in real estate sales operations? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who can take charge, drive performance, and lead our sales initiatives to success.
This is a full-time employee position—ideal for professionals ready to build a long-term career (not a commission-based seller role).
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be based in Tarlac. Being a native of Tarlac is a strong advantage, as local market knowledge will play a key role in success.
Your Role in Our Team:
As our Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations and take the lead in driving sales performance and operational excellence. You will:
- Lead and manage the Sales Operations team to ensure strong execution of strategies
- Develop and implement sales plans that achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Oversee sales policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Strengthen our market presence and brand positioning in the real estate industry
- Spearhead broker recruitment campaigns to grow our accredited network
- Design and deliver training programs to elevate broker performance
- Track sales performance metrics and continuously improve systems and processes
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a leader who combines strategy with execution:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related course
- 5–10 years of solid experience in real estate or property development
- Strong exposure to horizontal housing projects is highly preferred
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven expertise in sales operations and broker management
- Be part of a growing and dynamic real estate organization
- Take on a leadership role with real impact on business growth
- Work within a structured team as a valued employee—not a freelance seller
