Accounting Supervisor
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company and government requirements. The role also supports financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily accounting operations and general ledger activities
- Review financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting records for accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Monitor tax compliance and preparation of tax-related reports and attachments
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Ensure accurate monitoring of inventory, cash, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting concerns
- Monitor permits, compliance documents, and report submissions
- Guide and support accounting team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related course
- Experience in accounting operations and team supervision
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and general accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City
