People & Operations Coordinator (Onsite)- Day Shift | Full-time | Iloilo (Onsite) | At least 3 up to 5 years work experience

This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role, where you will work closely with the team to support daily activities, maintain a smooth onsite environment, and help ensure both operational and team needs are met.

What you'll be working on:
- Support day-to-day onsite operations, ensuring activities run smoothly
- Coordinate with teams on daily requirements, schedules, and onsite needs
- Assist in office and workplace coordination, including facilities and general support
- Help monitor and support team attendance, availability, and coordination needs (light support, not full ownership)
- Work closely with different stakeholders to address onsite concerns and requirements
- Support basic reporting, tracking, and operational coordination tasks
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative onsite environment
- Help serve as a culture champion of Cooee in Iloilo, supporting alignment with Cooee’s values and shared vision
- Support efforts to embed and strengthen Cooee’s culture across day-to-day operations and team interactions
- Work closely with Iloilo Cooeemates in building and nurturing trust-based relationships with stakeholders, both locally and internationally
- Assist in building and maintaining partnerships with local stakeholders such as schools and community organizations in Iloilo City
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to team members, helping encourage a growth mindset and adaptability
- 3–5 years experience in operations, admin, or team coordination
- Experience supporting day-to-day team or office operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
