Logistics Operations Coordinator (Entry-Level)

About the role

This role focuses on day-to-day logistics coordination and operations support, including tracking shipments, managing data, and communicating with customers and internal teams.

You will help ensure that deliveries, container movements, and warehouse activities are monitored, updated, and coordinated properly.

What you’ll actually work on:

• Manage and respond to customer emails related to shipments and unpacking schedules
• Perform accurate data entry of receipt and order details in systems and online portals
• Encode and manage receipt files that require manual processing
• Assist customers in placing orders within the system
• Track container arrivals and maintain updated container schedules
• Coordinate with unpacking teams to ensure smooth unloading of shipments
• Prepare and organize inventory documentation (item details, location, quantities)
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and order updates
• Generate daily and weekly reports on orders and warehouse activity

What we’re looking for:

• Open to fresh graduates up to 3 years experience
• Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• Detail-oriented, especially in data entry and documentation
• Comfortable using Excel and working with data
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage tasks with urgency and accuracy
