Acquisitions Specialist for Real Estate

About the Opportunity: Are you a master communicator with an impeccable English accent? Do you have a natural talent for building rapport, negotiating, and closing deals?

We are a fast-growing Real Estate Investment company looking for a top-tier Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. We pay top of the market (₱40k-₱60k) because we are only looking for the absolute best.

To ensure we are a great fit, your first week will be a paid, remote evaluation period. Once you prove you have the skills, the drive, and the voice we are looking for, you will transition to our dynamic office in Cebu IT Park.

What You Will Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective property sellers (warm and cold leads).
• Build instant rapport and establish trust over the phone.
• Ask strategic qualifying questions to understand the seller's motivation and property condition.
• Negotiate effectively and make competitive offers to acquire real estate.
• Meticulously update and manage lead profiles within our CRM.
• Follow up relentlessly with potential sellers to close deals.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• The Voice: You have an exceptional, neutral, or American English accent. Your spoken English is flawless, confident, and highly persuasive.
• The Closer: You have proven experience in BPO sales, real estate, telemarketing, or high-ticket closing. You don't just read scripts; you have natural conversations.
• The Hustler: You are resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling objections.
• The Setup (For Week 1): You MUST have a reliable, working laptop or PC and a stable, high-speed internet connection at home for your initial evaluation period.
• The Location: You must be willing and able to commute to Cebu IT Park to work onsite immediately after successfully passing your evaluation week.
