Job Title: Sales Training Assistant Manager
Work Address: Cebu City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Day shift (Monday – Friday; 8am –5pm)

Work Type: Full time

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for real estate sales teams
  • Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing sales agents
  • Support recruitment efforts, including screening and coordinating with potential sales hires
  • Assist in onboarding newly hired agents and ensuring readiness for deployment
  • Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the sales team
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Create training materials, modules, and presentations aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with sales managers to align training and recruitment strategies with business objectives
  • Track and report training progress, hiring status, and performance outcomes
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and sales best practices

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training sales teams within the real estate industry
  • With experience in recruitment or talent sourcing for sales roles
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or training tools
