DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and deliver training programs for real estate sales teams
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing sales agents
- Support recruitment efforts, including screening and coordinating with potential sales hires
- Assist in onboarding newly hired agents and ensuring readiness for deployment
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the sales team
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Create training materials, modules, and presentations aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training and recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Track and report training progress, hiring status, and performance outcomes
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and sales best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Haves:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in training sales teams within the real estate industry
- With experience in recruitment or talent sourcing for sales roles
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and/or training tools
