Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, internal communications, and day-to-day operations. The role focuses on internal relations, organization, and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal communication across departments on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Organize and document meetings, including minutes and action items
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups for the executive
  • Coordinate internal projects and ensure alignment across teams
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and internal requests
  • Support planning of internal events, meetings, and engagements
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Liaise with departments to ensure smooth execution of directives
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required
  • And any duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Strong coordination and internal relationship management skills
