Executive Assistant

Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Coordinate and support the preparation of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and other administrative needs.
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Has experience supporting an expatriate GM/executive.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setup or PEZA-registered facility is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Has initiative, ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Open to travel between Manila, Batangas, Cebu a few times a month (all expense covered by the company)
