Capgemini is looking or a Support Consultant to join our Business Applications Operations team, working closely with clients to resolve issues and enhance their Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV solutions. This role is focused on delivering continuous improvement and long-term value through the completion of support tasks, including incident resolution, enhancements, and smaller support projects across multiple clients.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of each client’s business to ensure effective solution delivery and proactively identify opportunities to improve their systems and processes. Your input will help shape enhancements that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Reporting to the A/NZ Operations Team Lead, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a distributed team across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values initiative, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to evolving both client solutions and internal delivery standards

Job Responsibilities

Operations Management (in conjunction with the Team Lead):

  • Provide operational support to existing clients and provide client relationship management and leadership
to other team members.
  • Provide queue management ownership as required via team process. This includes overall team ownership
on SLA and update requirements.
  • Assists with managing major incidents to their successful conclusion, including write up of critical incident
reports.
  • Ensure quality delivery best practice is applied. Lead members of the team to follow best practice
standards.
  • Ensuring team Peer Reviews and Quality assurance across workload is followed.
  • Provides Microsoft D365 functional domain expertise and regularly mentors/shares knowledge with team
members.
  • Identify Operations related issues and risks and escalate as required. Provide recommendations and
solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Assisting with writing work requests and scopes of work.
  • Work with Team Lead to identify client opportunities for proactive advisory services.
  • Work with clients to bring value through continuous evolution bring value and not order taking.
  • Collaborating with the other Trans-Tasman’s Operations leads to ensure consistency & teamwork
  • Actively communicate with peers and clients in a clear, professional, proactive manner.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Microsoft certifications like MB820 is a plus
  • Relevant methods and frameworks.
  • Relevant tools and technologies for the role. SNOW, Azure Logic Apps, SQL server, Azure DevOps,
Power Platform and Docker.
  • Experience with ISV solutions Continia Document Capture and Expense Management, NAV-Food,
NAV-Anywhere is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Microsoft .Net framework, including ASP.Net, C#, JQuery, is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience providing ongoing support for existing solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years in a support role in a technical capacity.
