Microsoft Dynamics CE Functional Consultant

Capgemini is seeking for a Lead Functional Consultant with strong Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience to support and enhance client solutions through a low-code, functional approach. This role focuses on delivering value via support tasks, enhancement work, and smaller support projects, while contributing to design and delivery decisions across operational programmes.
You’ll provide guidance on product and industry best practices, coordinate client-focused support across the Operations team, and offer leadership within consultant teams to help achieve client outcomes. A commitment to continuous learning and maintaining product expertise is essential, as is supporting the Practice Lead in driving client success and upholding Capgemini’s delivery standards.
Job Responsibilities- Provide operational support to existing clients and provide client relationship management and leadership to other
- Provide queue management ownership as required via team process. This includes overall team ownership on SLA and
- Assists with managing major incidents to their successful conclusion, including write up of critical incident reports.
- Ensure quality delivery best practice is applied. Lead members of the team to follow best practice standards.
- Work with Team Lead to identify client opportunities for proactive advisory services.
- Work with clients to bring value through continuous evolution bring value and not order taking.
- Confident to lead and participate in requirement gathering sessions and design of minor enhancements.
- Work with the lead technical consultant to ascertain the best technical approach to a solution taking a low code,
- Skilled in configuring and applying low-code solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including cloud flows,
- Identify Operations related issues and risks and escalate as required. Provide recommendations and solutions to
- Assisting in the creation of any work requests input required.
- Actively communicate with peers and clients in a clear, professional, proactive manner.
- Keep across technology updates, changes and relevant emerging technology.
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Relevant Microsoft certifications like PL200, PL600, MB240, MB280 are a plus
- Relevant methods and frameworks. (ITIL, Agile)
- Relevant tools and technologies for the role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience providing ongoing support for existing solutions.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience.
