About the role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Ascendion, a leading provider of customer-centric solutions, is seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our rapidly growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, providing personalized solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contributing to process improvements
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
