Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR, compensation, benefits administration, or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with Dayforce, benefits administration systems, and third-party benefits vendors
  • Experience supporting HR operations, employee records management, or total rewards functions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Skills and Certifications
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits through phone, email, and the benefits hotline
  • Monitor and manage the benefits hotline to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Input, update, and maintain employee and job-related information across HR and benefits systems
  • Assist with compensation pricing, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis activities
  • Review, revise, and update job descriptions to improve consistency and accuracy across the organization
  • Support annual enrollment activities and other benefits administration programs
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist with compliance requirements related to total rewards functions
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related processes and initiatives
  • Schedule meetings, track deadlines, organize files, and provide administrative support to the total rewards team
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
