Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR, compensation, benefits administration, or a related administrative role
- Familiarity with Dayforce, benefits administration systems, and third-party benefits vendors
- Experience supporting HR operations, employee records management, or total rewards functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits through phone, email, and the benefits hotline
- Monitor and manage the benefits hotline to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Input, update, and maintain employee and job-related information across HR and benefits systems
- Assist with compensation pricing, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis activities
- Review, revise, and update job descriptions to improve consistency and accuracy across the organization
- Support annual enrollment activities and other benefits administration programs
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist with compliance requirements related to total rewards functions
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on benefits-related processes and initiatives
- Schedule meetings, track deadlines, organize files, and provide administrative support to the total rewards team
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
