Job Title : Customer Relations Services Manager
As a Customer Relations Services Manager, you will be planning and implementing security programs while monitoring CRS supervisors, and representatives in your assigned mall. Part of your duty is to uphold all corporate standards, rules, and security administration and regulations while also exceeding customers' expectations and providing an aweSM customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology or any 4-year course.Certified Security professional (CSP), Certified Mall Protection Professional (CMPP), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Certified Security Management System (CSMS)
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 years' work experience in the security industry, able to lead and manage large number of personnel, computer literate.Strong personality, competitive, efficient
