Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, pricing, and policies.
Process customer orders, applications, requests, and related documentation.
Assist customers in resolving complaints and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update customer records, databases, and transaction logs.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on pending concerns or requests.
Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other customer-related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups and maintain positive client relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Prepare periodic reports on customer concerns, sales activities, and service performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.Experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
