Job Description:
The Service Desk Analyst provides assistance and resolution. They work on all Tier 1 priority tickets as well as responding to Tier 1 service requests. Working with a team of Service Desk Analysts, the incumbent communicates, diagnoses and resolves technical issues facing clients as assigned by team leaders and according to contractual agreements.The Service Desk Analyst has a variety of skill levels and works collaboratively with the team and escalates priority issues to the appropriate team member. All Service Desk Analysts report to a team lead.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supported Technology
Successful candidate will need to have a working understanding of, and ability to support at a minimum Tier 1 level the following non-exhaustive list of technicalogies:
- Windows Laptop/Desktop
- MacOS
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook/Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office applications)
- Google G-Suite
- MS Intune
- Windows Server OS
- Windows and Azure Active Directory
Qualification and requirements:
Successful candidates will have a college or university education and a technical certification like the following:
CompTIA Security +; Beginner/Intermediate Microsoft Certifications (example: Azure Administrator Associate); Cisco CCNA (200-301); AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate; Microsoft Azure Administrator; Jamf; Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
