Job description
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams)
- Build automated Forms and approval workflows (Leaves, OB, Vehicle Requests, etc.)
- Configure approvals, notifications, logs, and calendar integrations
- Design and maintain company databases (assets, equipment, licenses, records)
- Use SQL and/or MS Access for data structuring, queries, and reports
- Review and improve existing workflows before and after automation
- Prepare basic SOPs and system documentation
- Train users and provide basic system support
- Graduate of BSIT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
- At least 3 years experience in MS 365, MS Forms/Google Forms, Access, Workflow automation tools, SQL.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong initiative; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to balance technical execution with process logic.
- Patient and effective in working with non-technical users.
- Strong internal drive to improve systems and workflows.
